Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for services purchased through completetemplates.com, a brand owned and operated by Quixicloud Data Storage (OPC) Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services (Web Hosting, Managed ERP Setup, and Digital Design), we generally maintain a No-Refund Policy once the service has been provisioned or work has commenced.

2. Web Hosting & Managed Services

  • Setup & Deployment: Once a server environment is provisioned and the initial setup (WordPress, ERP, or Storefront) is completed, the setup fee and first-year hosting fee are non-refundable.
  • Annual Renewals: Our hosting and managed services are billed annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals, but no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing year.

3. Domain Registration

  • Domain names (.in, .com, .org, etc.) are registered immediately through third-party registrars upon purchase. Domain registrations are final and non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, the name cannot be changed or “returned.”

4. Project Delivery & Add-ons

  • Delivery Fees: Fees paid for “Fast Track” or “Express Urgent” delivery are non-refundable once the project has been moved into the priority queue.
  • Design Services: If you have purchased a “Design-Only” package, refunds are not applicable once the creative brief has been accepted and work has started.

5. Eligibility for Refunds

We will only process a refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payments: If a customer is charged twice for the same order due to a technical glitch, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  • Service Non-Delivery: If the Company fails to deliver the service within the maximum promised timeframe (due to internal technical failure), a partial or full refund may be considered at the Company’s discretion.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

In cases where a refund is approved (such as duplicate payments), the amount will be credited back to the original payment source used via Razorpay.

  • Processing Time: 7–10 business days.
  • Transaction Fees: Any processing fees charged by the payment gateway at the time of purchase may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Service Suspension

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without a refund if the Client violates our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., hosting illegal content or unauthorized server access).
