1. Service Definitions

• Managed Hosting: Provision of server space on NVMe SSD infrastructure for the purpose of hosting a website.
• Design & Setup: The creative and technical process of configuring WordPress, ERP Suites, or Storefronts.
• Editorial Access: A specific user role provided to the Client that allows for content updates but restricts core administrative/system settings for security purposes.

2. User Account & Security

• To maintain the integrity of our high-speed NVMe environment, the Company retains Master Administrative Access.
• The Client will be provided with Editor-level credentials. The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials.
• Any attempt to bypass security protocols or install unauthorized third-party plugins that compromise server stability may lead to account suspension.

3. Billing and Renewals

• All services are billed on an Annual (Yearly) basis unless otherwise specified.
• Renewals: Services will renew at the rates specified in the original plan. Failure to pay renewal fees within 7 days of the due date will result in temporary service suspension. After 30 days of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to terminate the account and delete hosted data.

4. Domain Names

• CompleteTemplates acts as a facilitator for domain registration (.in, .com, .org).
• The Company is not responsible for domain availability or third-party registrar price fluctuations. Once registered, domains are non-transferable for the first 60 days as per ICANN regulations.

5. Project Delivery Timelines

• Delivery times (Standard, Fast, or Express) begin only after the Client has provided all necessary “Project Intake Information” (Business details, Logo, Content).
• Delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide information are not the responsibility of the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Quixicloud Data Storage (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business profits or data loss due to Client-side errors.
• While we maintain 99.9% uptime, the Company is not responsible for downtime caused by global infrastructure failures or upstream provider issues.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

      The Client agrees not to use the hosted services for:

• Hosting illegal, adult, or copyrighted material without permission.
• Sending unsolicited bulk emails (Spam).
• Any activity that puts an unfair load on the shared NVMe SSD resources.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, where the Company is registered.
