Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and personalized creative services, we operate under a strict refund policy.

1. Custom Services

Once an order is placed and work has begun (status changed to "In Progress"), the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you wish to cancel an order that is still in the "Queue", you may contact support for a partial or full refund at our discretion.

2. Digital Products

Any direct downloads or digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been provided.

3. Revisions

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the final delivery, you may request a revision. Revisions are billed separately as requested via the project room.
